Are you curious? Give the ancient art of calligraphy a try. Some of the earliest examples of this very fancy writing were on papyrus and lambskin, and included swords, dragons and mazelike designs. Using pen and watercolor techniques, you’ll experiment with writing styles from the Middle Ages, combining plant and animal forms, twining serpents, and mythological creatures with ideas from the Land.
