| What is that thing crawling up your back? What do butterflies eat? What is making those strange noises on warm summer nights? Investigate the mysterious lives of beetles, butterflies, crickets, bees, and more! We will study the group of animals without backbones, the invertebrates by swinging nets, building and setting traps, experimenting and discovering many interesting facts about insects. We will also create an insect zoo to observe these amazing creatures close up and personal! The instructor, a "bug-ologist", raises a number of incredible insects and has traveled around the world to study these amazing critters. | |||
